Terms of Service

By accessing or using Harta ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Harta is a data organisation and mathematical calculation tool for personal productivity purposes. It helps you organise information you enter manually and performs calculations on that data. It is not a bank, a financial institution, or a regulated financial adviser. See our Financial Disclaimer for more detail.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Harta you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service in ways not intended by its design.
• Use the Service to process data belonging to other people without their explicit consent.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures.

You retain ownership of the data and messages you enter. By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim any ownership over your content.

We aim to keep Harta available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice, for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harta and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any losses arising from decisions made based on data organised or calculations performed by the app.

We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us at hello@hartamu.com.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
